Job description / Role
• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Manage all documentation and administrative support of the entire project
• Evaluate potential problems and propose potential solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Strong background in project management, administration, and support
• Good English communicator both writing and speaking
• Experience in stakeholder management and client management
• Background in facilities management/engineering is an advantage but not a must
