Project Costing Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently hiring a Project Costing Manager for one of our clients in Jeddah, KSA.

The role is:

• Preparation of new IFM projects estimation with department head
• Site visit of new projects for further submission of proposal as per the client requirements
• Tender study and contract study as per the requirements of new projects
• Preparation of commercial and technical offer file as per the tender requirement
• Preparation of mobilization and project plan as per tender requirement
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractor for receiving quotation while participating in tenders
• Uploading new JR/BUSI project in oracle through project costing
• Support to Procurement team on any issues in MR and PO process
• Code and task correction in MR and PO workflow process through oracle

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• At least 10 years of experience in Project Costing
• Saudi experience is a must
• FMP certificate from IFMA
• ISO 9001-2015
• ISO 18001
• Certified HSE, EMS, and FM awareness interpretation
• Oracle E-Business Suite Application

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
