Project Delivery Manager (Senior Project Manager)
Location: Jubail KSA

Client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong design management skills to work for this major developer/operator in a management role. The role will be reporting to the General Manager and will include management of a significant size team.

The role will include responsibility for the smooth management and successful delivery of multiple fast track construction projects. The projects will be major residential building projects this includes all MEP. utilities, ground works and all associated facilities - such as leisure facilities. The Senior Project Manager will come from a strong Design and build background and be comfortable delivering either major projects or multiple projects.

Requirements

- Degree Qualified (from recognised international university in Civil Engineering or construction management or equivalent) with at least 5 years experience post graduate experience
- Main Contractor Design and Build Experience
- Must have international grade contractor or developer experience
- Proficient with the International Building Code and NFPA codes as pertains to fire safety.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical design for buildings and site infrastructure design
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Excellent Team Management skills
- Client Facing - Able to meet with clients for any technical queries and clarifications
- Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and to client requirements
- Able to Review drawings, project schedules, take-offs, etc. produced by the team before circulation of final copies for approval.

- Modular build experience
