Project Director

Job description / Role

Working for a well-established Construction company that has been operating in the Middle East for over 20 years. This company has a proven track record in delivering prestigious projects, including: commercial, residential, schools and mosques.

Due to a recent project win in Saudi Arabia, they are now the main contractor on a large residential project and have a new position for a Project Director on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
• You will manage a high end, residential compound project based in Riyadh
• You will be responsible for the overall success of the project delivery, reaching set targets safely, in time and in budget
• You will oversee site analysis, estimating, design, construction coordination and project scheduling
• You will report into the Project Construction Director and have three direct reports, including: the site construction manager, PMO site support team and EH&S site managers

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered you will have a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management;

PMP qualifications are preferred

15 years' experience is essential across a range of sectors, including residential projects

Candidates must be Arabic speaking
