Job description / Role
Our client, a top tier British Cost and Project Management consultancy, are seeking a senior and exceptional candidate to lead a huge project just outside of Riyadh. The role is 6 days per week and remunerated accordingly, and is to lead a team of Project Managers and others to deliver a mixed use, mainly residential scheme.
It requires a candidate with large scale masterplan project experience from a Consultancy background, currently at Project Director level, preferably in the Middle East already but not essential.
This is a position which also pays overtime on anything above the prescribed hours. For visa reasons, only single unaccompanied status candidates can be considered for the role.
Requirements
Experienced Project Director - Consultancy / Developer buildings experience. Single Status. Highly qualified and experienced on large projects. Preference but not essential for Middle East experience.
For security clearance reasons there are nationality restrictions unfortunately. British, Australian, American, European (except Turkey), South African may apply. Nationality family background may also restrict consideration. Note that this is not the choice of the job poster, due to high level security clearance needed for this site role.
