Project Director

Job description / Role

Our client is a Developer of Education Facilities and Schools across Saudi Arabia who are looking for an Internationally experienced Construction / Project Delivery Director with experience of delivering high quality educational facilities.

Reporting to the Development Director you will be responsible for the procurement and coordination of all professional service activities (3rd party design & professional consultants, project managers, cost managers, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers etc.) and the delivery of all works within approved budgets, required quality & safety standards and development time lines.

You will have a:

- Professional Degree (i.e. Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management, Town Planning, Property Valuation etc.).
- Minimum of ten experience in Construction/Project Management, Engineering/Architecture Design and/or Real Estate Development
- Delivered at least two educational facilities.

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salaries in Saudi Arabia are TAX FREE
