PROJECT DIRECTOR – MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Location The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Are you a Project Director with Modular & Offsite Solutions experience in the Gulf Region?

Our client has just secured a contract for a Major Accommodation Contract to support 12,500 workers in a remote location within Saudi Arabia.

Before proceeding ……Are you happy with a camp posting and do you have clear MODULAR experience?

If the answer is yes to both then lets push on then …..

You will have the technical , coordination and stakeholder management skills to handle a Multi Million Dollar Contract $.

Can you support, protect and work with all parties to ensure project success and no penalties/ delays.

Knowledge of the Gulf, FIDIC contracts and managing large scale teams is ESSENTIAL. Can you drive through the highest levels of workman ship and coordination on site?

Can you manage and drive the logistical challenges of modular construction / pods / offsite manufacturing

Requirements

Do you match the following criteria:

• Track record of project success and profitability
• Degree Educated
• Modular Experience for a Leading Provider
• Clear track record in a Site position leading the team be that Project Director or Operations Management
• Strong awareness and understanding between manufacturing, implementation and project handover

Whilst ON SITE THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PROVIDED
