Project Director – Dammam

CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Project Director to join their team on a large-scale real estate construction project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting the overall direction and leadership of the project, being responsible for the overall deliverables and performances of all departments
• Developing and implementing comprehensive plans and processes for overseeing, coordinating, and reporting all work procedures
• Participating in the planning and formulating of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project
• Developing and administering project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions
• Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project
• Communicating with client representatives and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any areas of concern

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering, ideally with a masters or Chartered Engineer status
• At least 25 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with particular experience in new residential development construction projects
• Experience of working for large international PMCs or engineering consultancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and direct teams at all levels
• Previous experience of working internationally, preferably in the Middle East.

Salary:
SAR 60,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
