Project Director - High Rise Fit-Out Project

Our Middle East, North Africa and India hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project & programme management and cost consultancy services.

Project Director – High Rise Fit-Out Project:
• Reporting to the Regional Director, responsible for the leadership and delivery of major high-end, high-rise project that will now move in to the Fit-Out and Finishing stages.
• Provide vision, leadership and direction for the project team and the contractors on site.
• Responsible for overall project management and performance, including planning, construction and monitoring ensuring the project is delivered to time, budget and specification.
• Working in a client facing role, responsible for managing the direct team and extended professional team of Local and International Consultants, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
• Responsible for seeing that the highest standards of Health and Safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.

Requirements

• Degree Qualifications is preferred but not essential.
• Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with High Specification Finishes is essential.
• Major Project experience is essential.
• International experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required.
• Excellent Leadership qualities are essential.
