Our Client is a leading Engineering Consultancy was founded in 1994 & has been and continues to be involved in providing property and real estate services for major mixed-use, corporate, commercial, residential, infrastructure and retail projects throughout GCC.
They are currently looking to hire a Project Director for a mega mixed use development project in Riyadh
Requirements
Requirements:
- 20 years of Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant.
- Hospitality & Hotel management background
- Experience of Delivering & opening new hotels & resorts
- Contract management & procurement management background
