Project Engineer - ELV ( Extra Low voltage)

Job description / Role

• Experience in the Engineering field- design, installation, operation, maintenance and integration with other systems of Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, MATV; Knowledge in Facility Management Systems operations & Engineering best practices;
• Should have good knowledge of networks, protocols, configuration, installation and integration CCTV, SACS, Car Park & X-Ray System;
• Knowledge of IP and analog CCTV Systems;
• Knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook);
• Good communications skills in English

Requirements

Qualification
• Bachelor's if engineering in electrical with 10 years experience in High rise buildings and towers.
• Good English Communicator.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials;
• Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client;
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
• Preparing reports as required;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
