Project Engineering Manager

Job description / Role

•Lead and manage the engineering team for the Telecom ITB project, including design, review, and approval of deliverables.
•Ensure engineering activities are aligned with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
•Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
•Review and approve drawings, specifications, datasheets, and material submittals.
•Ensure integration of telecom systems, IT infrastructure, and civil/infrastructure works.
•Support the Project Manager in planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making.
•Oversee the preparation of engineering documentation for construction and commissioning.
•Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and client specifications.
•Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, HSE, and Procurement teams for seamless execution.
•Manage engineering change requests, variations, and technical clarifications.
•Conduct engineering reviews, inspections, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The Project Engineering Manager ensures that engineering deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, comply with project specifications, and are coordinated with construction, procurement, and commissioning teams & experience in Telecom / IT Infrastructure / EPC / Industrial projects.
