Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Ensure safety aspects of all projects comply with HSE policies and procedures.
• Plan; allocate resources, manpower and equipment for projects.
• Liaison with department heads and top management on project execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure that safety aspects of all projects comply to HSE Policy’s and Procedure .

• Take any decisions necessary to ensure the project execution, as per scope and specifications.

• Execute works as per company ISO 9001:2000 Quality system International Standard, ASME codes and applicable standards.

• Plan, allocate resources, manpower and equipment for projects. Order materials, expedite project progress, liaison with client and head office on daily / weekly basis.
• Liaison with Department Heads and Top Management on project execution.

• Responsible for project budget and receivables including contract variation orders, follow up on progress payment.

• Ability to work within KSA, and on overseas projects.(when required)

• Prepare Inspection and test plans (ITP) and execute within given time schedule.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Plan, direct, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frames, funding limitations procedures and quality parameters for accomplishing project, manpower requirement, and allocation of available resources for the various phase of project.

• Develop systematic approach for each phase of project, and arranges for assignment of project personnel.

• Lease with project staff to define work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

• Directs change management and contract variation control, identifies and confirms variations, and submits detailed change valuations.

• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.

• Prepares timely project reports for management, client, or others.

• Liaison with client and project personnel to provide guidance and problem solving

Requirements

Work Experience:

Minimum 15-20 years of experience in oil & gas specifically in Industrial, refinery and petrochemical plants.

Skills:
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Excellent in English both in oral and written communication skills.
• Must have wide and varied experience in all aspects of Industrial services with knowledge in static equipment and a good understanding of high pressure water jetting and catalyst handling activities
• Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize resolve problems and contribute to the maintenance of high technical workforce.
