Project Management Consultant (Hotel Renovation)

We are looking for a professional project management Consultant, who will be responsible for coordinating with selected MEP, FLS, Internal design and rooms renovation consultants & contractors, and executing the renovation plan of the hotel building including, you shall be fully responsible for securing any sub consultants required to carry out the Project Management Consultancy services and all duties and responsibilities of a multi-disciplinary Project Management consultant.

What you will be doing:

- Administer, co-ordinate and monitor all activities (including without limitation the activities of the other Consultants, Contractors, direct procurement suppliers) associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion and handover of the Project in order that the requirements and objectives of the Client are met and in particular that the Project is completed on time and within budget.
- Be available throughout the renovation of the hotel in accordance with the attached property Improvement Plan to provide the services to assist the Owner with respect to the Works including attending meetings and providing comments and advice in relation to the functionality, running costs of the Hotel and its compliance with the Brand Standards.
- Assist in the selection of project consultants appointed by Owner.
- At all stages of the Works, the Project manager shall provide the project Consultants with monthly written reports reflecting the status and the progress of the Project in all its aspects.
- The Project manager shall have no contractual relationship with the consultants appointed by Owner and communication with the consultants shall be made through the Owner, unless otherwise agreed by parties.
- The Project manager will cooperate with Owner to minimize, to the extent possible, the cost of the Works, provided strict compliance with the Brand Standards is maintained.
- The Project manager is not required to carry out any services other than those stipulated herein unless if agreed by the parties.
- CAPITAL COMMITMENT: The Project manager will use reasonable commercial efforts to propose to Owner the Property Improvement Plan and in Operator's reasonable estimation, the cost thereof should not exceed the budget amount including capital required to equip the Hotel the IT Standards. The Parties will work together towards detailing the Property Improvement Plan with the support of specialized consultants and quantity surveyors to ensure that the Property Improvement Plan.
- To act as the Project's Project Management Consultant, as further defined in this Scope of Services document.
- To provide that the Scope of the Services to be carried out by the Consultant is fully understood.

Requirements

Experience and skills include:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant Experience
- Highly Certified PMI practitioner
- Must be self-started and motivator
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be team oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have an eye for detail and a passion for guest service
- Strong attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
