Project Manager

Job description / Role

Seeking a Project Manager for a major contractor on the Riyadh Metro working on the underground stations.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Managing and coordinating a number of Metro Stations through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and contractual close-out.
- Budgets and schedules, managing performance, reporting progress to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget.
- Providing leadership for a number high performing delivery teams.
- Managing the quality requirements
- Coordinating a delivery team and clarifying interfaces both between the team, and team/ external stakeholders.
- Lead all preparations for all Project Management reviews

Requirements

- 20 year's experience of Construction/ Project Management in Transportation/ Infrastructure Construction
- Relevant experience of metro rail engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills including highly effective written and verbal communication
- Experience of client and supplier relationship management
- Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline
- Desirable
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
