Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Coordinate and supervise project execution and construction work to ensure completion on time, within budget and with highest quality
- Supervise all sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution
- Review project plan and execute recovery plans wherever necessary
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of the plant and ensure proper handover
- Manage all contract documentation and schedule
- Manage project cash flow
- Prepare Bill of Materials/Equipment list, budget and manpower plan
- Arrange for procurement of materials as per technical specification
- Create and update Project Quality Plan
- Prepare regular reports including progress updates to management
- Coordinate with relevant parties to review designs and resolve areas of concern promptly

Requirements

- Degree in Chemical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction of water treatment
- Good records of handling multi-millions EPC projects
- Good personal disposition - Able to manage and build up good rapport with client, and respect from the subcontractors
- Well versed in MS Office
