Role & Responsibilities:

• We are looking to hire experienced Project Managers to work on a variety of projects on the Red Sea Development program and ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards.
• Assisting with the development of scope and schedule for project work, he/she will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with our company strategy, commitments and goals, managing external consultants /contractors on the delivery of major project works on site.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• The successful candidate will ideally have a background and experience in either working for a builder/development company directly.
• Ideally you will have worked on a major project like high rise residential, mixed-use development, airport, major villa project, handling new build projects through construction.
• Ability to successfully manage a process and understand what is required by a PM to get a project delivered, dealing with all external construction processes and internal/external stakeholder management.
• The role will lead the project delivery team of external consultants and contractors, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently.
• Must have a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management/PMP
• Experienced in managing complex building projects
• Must have Contractor background (preferably tier 1)
• Experience working for a developer or leading consultancy is a plus.
• Hospitality/wellness experience will be an advantage
• Candidates with 8-14 years’ experience will be reviewed for the Project Manager position.
• Candidates with 15+ years’ experience will be reviewed for the Senior Project Manager position (minimum 15+ years’ experience in the construction industry out of which last 5-6 in a senior role handling all site operations working on major projects in the region)

About the Company

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The company has been established to develop and promote a new international luxury tourism destination that will set new standards for sustainable development and bring about the next-generation of luxury travel. The project was announced in July 2017 and is one of the three Giga Projects aimed at diversifying the Saudi economy in keeping with the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.

The development will offer unprecedented investment options and provide visitors with the opportunity to explore the five untouched treasures of the west coast of Saudi Arabia; the archipelago of over 90 islands with stunning coral reefs, dormant volcanoes and untouched nature reserves.
