Project Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead and manage the delivery of all CSA works for the data centre project, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and programme requirements.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of CSA activities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for CSA works.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to budget and contractual obligations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi building codes, authority requirements, and company standards.
• Manage site teams, providing leadership, technical guidance, and performance management.
• Interface with MEP and other discipline leads to ensure smooth integration of all project elements.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Maintain strong communication with the client, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Proven track record in managing CSA works on large-scale projects, preferably mission critical or data centre facilities.
• Previous experience working in KSA is essential, with knowledge of Saudi regulations, procedures, and authority requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
