Industry Energy Technology (IET), part of Baker Hughes Company, operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology, and lifecycle services. Our Mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end project management for rotating equipment projects, from contract award through commissioning, startup, and final project closeout.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and project success.
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet key milestones.
• Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring strict compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Providing regular status updates and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
• Fostering strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular meetings, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Supporting localization and increasing local content for local commodities, working hand-in-hand with the Sourcing Organization in order to enhance IKTVA score.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 10 yearsu2019 experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
• Previous experience in rotating equipment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
