Project Manager - Construction Supervision

Job description / Role

We are currently working with a leading design and construction supervision consultancy as they require a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-rise tower project in Riyadh, KSA. Reporting into the Project Director, you will act as the senior representative on site during the post contract works.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing and directing the activities of the project contract administration and site supervision (CASS) team in relation to technical, financial and administrative issues
- Liaising with the Client, the Client’s Project Manager and the Main Contractor as appropriate regarding issues arising in relation to contract administration and site supervision
- Liaising with the Head Office support and design team, including specialist sub-consultants as required in relation to Contractor’s RFI’s, proposals for design modifications, etc
- Ensuring Contractor’s compliance with all technical, programme, financial and administrative requirements of the construction contract

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 15 years experience in construction contract administration and supervision of high-rise building projects
- Detailed knowledge and experience in administration of major construction contracts under the FIDIC form of contract (1999 edition)
