Job description / Role
Project Manager - Delivery - Malls
Riyadh, KSA
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring the design submission and review process and collaborate with design manager when required to ensure design finalization delays will not have an impact on the deadline.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering or any related.
Should have 10+ years of experience in project management for a mall construction with solid full delivery of large scale shopping malls mainly in GCC.
