Project Manager - Facilites Management

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading KSA based Facilities Management service provider. Currently they are seeking an Project Manager - to join their team in Riyadh, KSA

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of company's projects within the Facility Management sector.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with PIF and company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks, ensuring all aspects of the project adhere to industry standards and PIF regulations.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project milestones, changes, and developments.
- Track and report on project performance, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within Facility Management or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
