Job description / Role
A Project Manager is required to lead an iconic project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As Project Manager you will have full operational, client liaison and management responsibilities, with support from Project Director.
Managing a team of well trained and experienced staff you will be expected to deliver the project on time and on budget.
You will also be expected to carry out general Project Management duties such as;
* Deal with contractual matters related the project
* Control project execution and monitor the actual expenses in coordination with the commercial/financial departments and review it with the project budget and manage any deviations.
* Review/ approve/ present all plans, schedules, reports related to the projects under his management.
Requirements
* Ideal qualification Diploma/Degree in construction, interior design/architecture or civil engineering
* At least 5+ years experience as a Project Manager leading projects AED 50M +
* Experience working with large interior fit-out contractor or main contractor

An Arabic speaker or European native is preferable from client.
