Project Manager - Hotel/Mixed Use - Consultancy

Job description / Role

Required to join a architectural and engineering consultancy working on the construction of a hotel and mixed use development in Jeddah. The project is expected to start July/August. The successful candidate will manage the project on behalf of the client ensuring all aspects of the projects are built to client specifications and budget.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria. A degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering. A proven track record of managing hospitality projects on behalf of the client. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Based in KSA due to COVID travel restrictions.
