Project Manager / Implementation Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a leading Saudi based engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation and track record of working on major projects in the Kingdom. They are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager/Projects Manager to oversee the Construction Contractor’s programme. On behalf of the Riyadh based Programme Manager, the post holder will lead a site surveillance team of approx. 20 personnel and will be responsible for monitoring contractor activities to ensure the programme is delivered to cost, schedule and relevant contractual, regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in Project Management or a similar construction related subject and should have a proven background as a Project Manager or a Construction Manager working on for consultancy's and supervising the work done by the main contractors.
