We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our award winning team based on our Makkah site.

This critical role will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project team, consultants and contractors during the planning, development and delivery phases of the project.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Providing leadership, guidance and advice to the project team.
• Ensuring work is conducted with quality assurance protocols.
• Liaising with the client, developer, consultants and contractors as well as KEO internal construction management, supervision and design divisions.
• Ensuring the delivery of the contracted PM/CM infrastructure services to the client.
• Participating in implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Preparing tender strategies by identifing qualified consultants, contractors and vendors, whilst preparing and issuing RFP’s and evaluating proposals.
• Overseeing and guiding consultants design progress activities and monitoring and verifying design progress submittals at all design phases.
• Attending meetings and workshops with consultants and contractors, preparing the meeting minutes and achieving identified actions.
• Organising and managing design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases.
• Reviewing and monitoring project cost estimates, value engineering proposals and cost reconciliation.
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the risk management plan.
• Being instrumental in establishing a culture throughout all the project stages by leading by example and finding practical and cost effective solutions in collaboration with other project stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years career experience working on mega infrastructure projects with a Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or project management.

A Professional Membership of an Engineering or Construction Management Society is viewed favourably.

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
