Project Manager - Infrastructure / Roads

Job description / Role

- Required to join a contractor in Saudi Arabia working on a large infrastructure package in Trojena. Project consists of roads, drainage and earthworks.
- The successful candidate is responsible for the overall management, execution, and successful delivery of this major infrastructure projects.
- This role involves setting strategic direction, leading project teams, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring that the project meets all contractual, financial, safety, and quality requirements.

- A degree in Civil Engineering
- 20+ years experience
- Should have worked as a Project Lead on major infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
- Preferred experience in NEOM or similarly complex projects
- Extensive experience in road works construction, with familiarity in working on projects in challenging terrains like mountains and valleys
- Expertise in managing budgets, contracts, and resources effectively
- Ability to mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and make key decisions under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and safety protocols, particularly in large infrastructure projects.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
