Job Description:
• Formulate, organize and manage projects of risk domain

Accountabilities:
• Project management from pre-initiation to closure, following internal project management guidelines and milestones.
• Management of cost, timeline and scope of the assigned projects.
• Managing communications with all project stakeholders
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other project and corporate, technical and specialist standards
• Managing the project budget on behalf, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses.
• Facilitating the appointment and management of resources of the project team.
• Managing internal and external resources to the project
• Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget
• Vendor management for projects based on 3rd party solutions.
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Managing risks and issues with mitigating plans for the successful outcome of the projects
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues arise
• Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to all stakeholders and management

Requirements

Education:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with Information Technology subjects

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and implementing banking technology projects.
• Experience in implementing projects for Credit Risk and Operational Risk domains.
• Experience in SAS based projects.
• Experience in implementation of IFRS, PD models, Internal Credit Risk Rating, Basel projects related to credit risk regulatory guidelines.
• Exposure to integration with core banking solutions.
