Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The organisation has a significant pipeline of existing projects, and due to their continued success, they are looking to start up new, high-value developments.
They are currently looking for a Project Manager to assist with the civil infrastructure aspects around their residential builds. The successful candidate will have experience in the structural construction of pipelines, bridges and, tunnels around residential and mixed-use sites. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Construction.
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is pro-active, and is looking to utilise their skills towards managing exciting projects in a robust market.
The key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:
* Primarily, to manage and supervise staff and projects while delivering high quality service
* Provide professional, and consistent effective project management service to clients, including project monitoring and reporting systems in accordance with company standards and guidelines
* Liaise effectively with main land developers, architects, engineering and construction departments
* Ensure projects are planned, coordinated and communicated in a professional manner
* Direct all project management activities to ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety and, quality requirements
* Lead and drive the training and development of the Site Engineering team
* Assist with the financial management of services and projects through effective budgeting and planning
* Support the Head of Construction with business plan objectives, and positively engage with clients to develop, grow and, build relationships

Requirements
* Must be a Saudi national
* Fully qualified engineering professional with a background in the civil infrastructure sector
* Possess an in-depth understanding of project management processes and principles
* A quick-thinker, who is able to manage high quality staff and client relationships
* Strong communication skills to accurately represent and convey information
* Fluent in Arabic
