Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large Leisure Park based in Saudi Arabia.
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for:
• Managing and leading a diverse team of professionals including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other supporting services.
• Understand local community issues and build relationships with local government and external partners
• Prepare designs and analysis in support of construction contract document production.
• Ensure technical quality and conformance to department standards and procedures
• Maintain a critical oversight of marketing functions including setting budgetary and cost control strategies, project manage general park developments.
• Maximize the opportunity through change management and additional services.
• Support staff development across the team, provide the principal point of contact with the client’s senior representatives for the delivery of project services.
Requirements
• To be successful, you would possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, hospitality, or business.
• You should have 10 + years of project experience as construction manager in cinema or leisure parks.
• Flexibility in order to cope with the varied demands of the work and the constant need for innovation.
• Ability to demonstrate coordination with suppliers and vendors globally.
