Job description / Role
This leading international consultancy urgently requires a Project Manager with an Urban Planning background.
With a degree in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management and ideally with an MSc in Urban Planning, the successful applicant will have at least 15 years' experience of working on large urban park design schemes and mega buildings mixed projects.
Desirable skills & experience includes:
• Middle East & Western project experience
• Assertive & influential personality
• Excellent communication, management & interpersonal skills
• Experience working on $multi-billion projects from initial design to handover & completion
Role responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
• Client & stakeholder management and liaison
• Aid in the planning and preparation of design alternatives as and when necessary
• Day to day management of the project
• Management and coordination of architectural, engineering and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements
• Review all designs
