Wood is currently seeking a Project Reporting Coordinator to support our Projects business. Ma'aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and Ma'aden's 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA.
Responsibilities

Wood will support Ma'aden's PMT in ensuring successful execution and control of the project by:
- Assisting project team with day-to-day support of the project or site
- Organizing and expediting flow of work through project or site and initiating follow up action
- Maintaining knowledge of project status, scheduling requirements, and departmental operations/procedures
- Assisting with setup, development and coordination of site-specific PMP and PIFs
- Setting up and maintaining hard copy and electronic site file directories
- Issuing and approving access to shared project drives and websites
- Ensuring the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services
- Performing clerical, administrative and general office duties including transcription, typing, and recording
- Ensuring reports and documents follow company and project standards and quality
- Managing project specific forms and instructions
- Coordinating, scheduling and preparing information for meetings and appointments
- Assisting field operations with completion of daily time sheets
- Assisting with onboarding/orientation of personnel
- Assisting with internal and external project audits
- Arranging travel, accommodations and car rentals
- Preparing letters and memoranda for manager's review
- Gathering data and material information to be billed
- Scanning, emailing, answering phones, making copies

Expected
- Five years of project/admin experience in the engineering and construction industry desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Oracle experience a plus.
- Ability to correspond and interact with others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Self motivated to learn.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Must have valid driver's license.
