Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Contribute in development of organizational strategy, business plans, budgets and resources in accordance with the company overall strategic direction.
- Oversee the operations of and provide strategic direction to the Operations & Maintenance, Construction & Refurbishment functions to align their functioning in accordance with laid down organizational strategy.
- Coordinate the collaboration among all related functions and programs/projects by setting up operational level agreements and leading regular meetings as necessary to satisfy the needs and requirements.
- Lead the overall client relationship management activities and ensure client complaints regarding services are timely addressed and properly resolved.
- Oversee the development and implementation of controls to protect its operations from financial, legal, and operational risks in collaboration with the internal audit department.
- Ensure that standards and policies laid down by QA - SHE are adhered to, in order to achieve efficient operations, and quality & safe products, resulting in improved services to all clients.
- Ensure maintaining high standard of work and work ethics.
- Plan and control capital and operational budget of operations to support objectives stipulated by the company’s business plan.
- Resolve any escalated issues of coordination between operations and the support services or other departments.
- Ensure responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities are implemented within operations.
- Ensure that all activities of the function meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets -Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in line with business objectives.
- Perform other related activities as required.

Requirements

- A Graduate Degree in Engineering discipline.
- Project or Programme Management certification is required.
- Master in Engineering / Business Administration / Management is preferred.
- Previous experience in KSA is must
- Previous experience with top tier contractor is must
