Job description / Role
The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic, international law firm with a reputation for delivering top-tier legal expertise across transformative energy, infrastructure, and construction projects in the Middle East. Based in Riyadh, this team works on pivotal initiatives that support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, offering you the chance to contribute to impactful projects across sectors such as renewable energy, utilities, transport, and real estate.
This role provides hands-on experience across all stages of major projects—from procurement and financing to licensing —alongside clients that include prominent developers, financial institutions, and government bodies. Here, you’ll collaborate with a team known for its exceptional regulatory knowledge and strong regional relationships, enhancing your skills in a vibrant market while building a future-ready legal career.
This firm’s in-depth knowledge of Saudi regulations and robust regional relationships position the firm well to manage complex, large-scale projects. Recent involvement includes advising on high-profile infrastructure initiatives, where a strong command of both regulatory frameworks and commercial practicalities helps clients reduce risks and enhance project efficiency?
If you're ready to be part of a supportive team that values professional growth and innovative thinking, we’d love to hear from you
Requirements:
This role is open to lawyers based in the region as well as those seeking to relocate. In general, applicants will fulfill the following requirements:
- Senior Associate or Counsel level experience (from approximately 9 PQE)
- Non-contentious Projects, Energy and Infrastructure experience derived from a top-tier or international law firm environment
- Excellent academic track record
- Qualified in the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand
- The ability to guide, mentor and develop a team
- Patience and understanding and the ability to adapt to different styles and backgrounds when joining a multi-cultural team
