Job description / Role
The Property Management Expert will have a detailed knowledge O&M Contracts and consultancy agreements. He should be well experienced negotiator with excellent communications and coordination skills. He should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Property Management, Leasing, Real Estate, Commercial letting, Advertising and other commercial activities. He will support the Employer in the management of the Commercial opportunities on the RPTN. He shall have a solid knowledge of commercial, finance and legal agreements and be creative in exploiting the commercial use of assets in RPTN environment.
