PWHT Site Coordinator

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and coordinate PWHT activities on-site.
-Resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
-Supervise and support PWHT teams to ensure compliance.
-Provide training and mentorship to technicians.
-Liaise with project managers, QA/QC teams, and clients.
-Uphold safety protocols and quality standards.

-Minimum 10 years of PWHT experience in industrial/construction environments.
-Proven track record in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with knowledge of local codes and practices.
-Strong technical expertise in PWHT equipment and procedures.
-Skilled in managing large-scale or multi-site operations.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
-Experience in training technicians and resolving site challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Degree or certification in Mechanical, Welding, or related fields
-PWHT-related certifications (e.g., ASME, API) are a plus
