eMagine is recruiting a QA Development Lead for a prominent, fast-scaling Saudi technology company. If you’re a quality champion with deep automation expertise and a knack for leading distributed teams, this is your next big step.

Role Overview:
Lead QA strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple mobile, web, and backend projects. You’ll start remotely, managing a distributed team, and relocate to Saudi Arabia as the business grows to work onsite with engineering and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.) for mobile, web, and API testing.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
- Oversee defect lifecycle, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage.

- 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a lead or manager role.
- Strong automation skills with modern testing frameworks.
- Experience managing remote teams and multi-project delivery.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, ITIL processes, and digital product lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
