QA & Documentation Manager

Job description / Role

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

We are hiring a QA & Documentation Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading private hospital in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring quality assurance and documentation governance across Hospital Information System (HIS) implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement QA processes for system deployments
• Lead functional, integration, and UAT testing activities
• Track defects, test results, and quality metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation of testing and validation outcomes
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance
• Review technical documents, SOPs, and implementation guides
• Maintain centralized documentation across projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or documentation management
• Experience in enterprise system implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting
• Experience in healthcare IT, HIS, EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
