QA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts within the engineering sector. The ideal candidate will drive quality initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead a team dedicated to delivering top-notch products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the QA team to maintain high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and product teams to identify quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage quality audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions.
- Oversee the investigation of product or process non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to engineering.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
