QA/QC Corporate Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all Quality documents related to the Projects are created and maintained as per the ARAMCO standards.
- Establish the Project Quality Management System including Project Quality Management Strategy, Plan and Procedures.
- Identify and manage competent Quality (QA/QC) for the Projects
- Support the Development and monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of the Project Opportunity Assurance Plan.
- Identify and manage Quality related risks that may have impact on Technical Integrity.
- Provide inputs and steer to the Management of Change process.
- Develop risk based assurance plan ensuring effective QMS implementation (reviews, Audits etc).
- Ensure compliance of all project functions, contractors and suppliers with the project Quality Management System requirements.
- Establish and monitor Project Quality KPIs and KBAs.
- Provide coaching and training to project team and QA/QC personnel.
- Participate and provide QA input into contracts and tender evaluation process.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

- British National
- Previous Gulf Experience
- Knowledgeable & familiar with Aramco Standards and Specifications.
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills Verbal & written.
- Preferably Graduate Engineer (BSc Eng/BEng/BTech) either in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Welding/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil engineering as appropriate.
- Vast relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility in Design, construction and Project management.
- Considerable management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system.
- Capable of rigorously implementing and enforcing global standards, procedures and engineering work processes.
- Sound technical knowledge in QA/QC
- Team player, acting as a champion to break new grounds and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments
