QA/QC Inspector

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA QC Inspector to join our dynamic team in the Interior Fit-Out and General Building Contracting industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction projects meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations. As a QA QC Inspector, you will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to enhance the overall quality of our deliverables. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documentation to identify quality requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Perform material inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
- Conduct audits of the quality management system to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights on quality assurance and control strategies.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and control.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the Interior Fit-Out or General Building Contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Proficient in using inspection tools and techniques, as well as software for quality management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
