We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our construction supervision team on a landmark theme park development in West Riyadh. This role is critical to ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the delivery phase.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, approvals, and QA/QC documentation
• Support handover and commissioning activities with structured quality deliverables
• Ensure alignment with KSA regulations and international quality standards

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field
• Proven track record in construction management or supervision roles
• Strong understanding of civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works
• Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects (theme parks, infrastructure, or high-rise preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and UAE regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; QA/QC certifications are a plus
