QA/QC Manager - Desalination / Wastewater

Job description / Role

Required to join an international engineering consultancy working on the construction of desalination plants in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will form part of the construction supervision and engineering team ensuring that the project is built to client specification and on time.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Quality policy, standards
• Regulatory and project procedures and standards
• Establishing the project quality assurance and quality control Systems.
• Reporting on project contractor’s quality system

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• An engineering degree ie Civil, Mechanical
• Further qualifications ie Lead Auditor
• Able to manage internal process and audit as per ISO 9001-2015
• Excellent technical writing skills writing skills
• Able to manage meetings with the contractors, clients etc
• A track record of working as a Quality Manager on large water related projects ie desalination wastewater, transmission
• Should have spent career working for consultant/PMC rather than contractors
