QAQC Manager

Job description / Role

• Responsible person for collecting all the handing over documents for the completion of the project (O&M, TM, Warranties etc)
• Leading the QA/QC Team and monitoring and following up with the QC Team
• Planning and coordination and monitoring of all QA/QC activities
• Checking for quality conformance of the work in accordance with contract requirements
• Making sure that quality risks and non-conformities are correctly assessed
• Developing and maintenance of quality standards that apply to onsite construction work
• Ensuring proper implementation
• Reviewing and approving inspections, test plans and quality control plans from client/consultant
• Reviewing and approving the subcontractors' quality documentation, and implementing audits
• Identification, analysis and resolution of problems and issues with quality assurance and control
• Coordinating with all departments in order to resolve quality issues
• Providing advice to the Project Management on Quality Management issues
• Technical Review of the submitted Inspection Test Plan, Method Statement, Materials
• Transmittal, Technical documents, Test reports and calculations prior to submission to the
• Engineer/consultants and obtain approvals from the client/ engineer, consultant and or owner's representative
• Review and assess pre-qualifications and materials submittals from the suppliers/vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience QAQC department
• Must have experience in working with heavy Civils related projects
• Preferably a Civil Engineering Educated
• Must be willing to relocate and work NEOM - Trojena
