QC Electrical Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Quality Control Management: Supervise and ensure all electrical work on-site adheres to quality standards, codes, and specifications, maintaining the highest level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site Supervision: Monitor electrical installation activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Inspect and verify that all electrical components and systems are installed correctly and functioning properly.
• Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections, tests, and audits of electrical work on-site, documenting any defects, issues, or discrepancies, and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Coordination with Contractors: Work closely with electrical contractors, project managers, and other on-site personnel to ensure proper coordination of activities and the timely completion of electrical installations.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all electrical work complies with local and international standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control reports.
• Problem-solving and Issue Resolution: Identify any quality control issues on-site and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely and effective manner, minimizing project delays.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to the project manager on the status of electrical installations, quality control issues, and progress updates. Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, quality control, or supervision on construction sites.
• Proven experience in overseeing electrical work on large-scale projects, with a solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, electrical systems, and safety standards related to electrical work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with on-site teams, contractors, and project management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
