Job description / Role
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the mechanical activities on site.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and other departments to resolve any mechanical quality issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality control manager.
• Monitor and track all corrective and preventive actions related to mechanical quality issues.
• Participate in product development and improvement processes, providing feedback on mechanical quality considerations.
• Ensure that all QC activities are in line with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC Mechanical Supervisor role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of mechanical quality control processes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex mechanical quality issues effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in infrastructure projects will be preferred
Salary:
SAR
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
