QHSE Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Manager to join the dynamic team of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. The job location is in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across our facility management operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a culture of safety and quality excellence within the organization. The QHSE Manager will work closely with various departments to promote best practices and continuous improvement in all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or similar role within the facility management or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices, both locally and internationally.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in QHSE management software and tools, with a strong grasp of data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of promoting a safety-first culture in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
