Job Title: QHSE Manager – Utilities (Seawater O&M Project)
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Overview:
We are seeking a QHSE Manager to join a leading utilities group and oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management on a seawater operation & maintenance project. The role requires strong knowledge of O&M environments, regulatory compliance, and international QHSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams to promote a strong QHSE culture.
• Monitor performance through audits, inspections, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE Management, or related field.
• 8+ years’ QHSE experience, preferably in utilities, water, or O&M projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in KSA.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Lead Auditor).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
