Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager for Calibration Lab

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager / technical manager for ISO17025 Calibration laboratory to lead and enhance our QA/QC processes within the calibration industry. The successful candidate will drive quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee calibration accuracy to maintain exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure all calibration activities meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Train staff on quality standards, operational procedures, and compliance mandates.
- Manage documentation related to quality records, calibration certificates, and audit reports.
- Ensure timely calibration and certification of instruments and equipment according to schedule.
- capable to handle ISO17025 audit

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance and Quality Control role within the calibration or a similar technical industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in quality management systems and audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English ( must ) ;
(optional ) Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: allowances / percentage / bonus
