Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Quality Consultant to be able to monitor and measure the health of the project portfolio, and engage all required stakeholders (IBM internal and clients) to ensure projects are delivered ontime and onbudget with the expected profitability . While doing this it is important that you are capable to deal on partner level.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- to analyze effort/cost/pricing calculations and financial data to identify potential risk and give advice how to handle and mitigate
- to support negotiations
- to analyze complex proposals, to identify potential risk within solution design/proposal/ contract & to derive mitigation actions to be implemented into the proposal
- Using knowledge of IBM financial processes including POC rev recognition, UBAR
- Experience in service delivery
- English & arabic language mandatory

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge about different project types (FP, T&M, etc.) as well as about PM methodologies, especially IBM Consulting delivery processes (e.g. forecasting, POC accounting, etc.) and IBM methods (WWPMM, CRM process, etc.)
- Knowledge in legal/contract topics related to project contracts and project management,
- Knowledge of IBM financial processes including POC rev recognition, UBAR
- Ability to produce accurate MEA DE financials - including use of necessary financial systems - analyse financials and driving the Quarter close financials from an MEA DE perspective
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including interacting wit MEA and REMEA Leadership (SL, country GM, etc.), client CxOs, and Quality Leaders;
- Ability to support delivery teams in setting and driving mitigation plans, negociations strategies, and PCRs.
- Proactive, collaborative, influencing
- Flexibility to deal with peaks and troughs re workload
- Experience in service delivery
- English & arabic language mandatory

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to perform independent reviews, from solution design to solution delivery
- Ability to understand complex programs and challenges faced, articulate and lead mitigation and recovery plans, assess risk levels and IBM financial exposure
- Strong leadership and communication skills to share progress / escalate issues to leadership and influence decision making
- Familiar with IBM consulting processes (CRM...), tools and methods (IPPF, PoC,...)
